At Simi Suri Associates, we specialize in managing interpersonal relationships and group dynamics and have been conducting a wide range of soft skill training programme to maximize business potential by helping participants develop mutual trust and better communication. Our organization is led by:

Simi Suri holds a Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Xavier’s Institute of Management, Mumbai, and a Diploma in Public Relations and Mass Communication from Xavier’s Institute of Communication, Mumbai. She is also certified from the Singapore Instt. of Management in Business and Professional Etiquette, and has a certification in Instructional Design and Facilitation Skills. She has over 18 years of work experience and has been a visiting faculty member at IIM Calcutta, IIFT (Indian Instt. Of Foreign Trade), New Delhi, the Institute of Company Secretaries and Globsyn Business School.

Meghna Shahani has been conducting soft skill training programmes for Vodafone, Tata Steel, Skytech Pvt. Ltd., Topline Pvt. Ltd., and has worked with Entertainment Design Co. she has also been in the field of education for young adults as well as corporate executives. She did her B.Sc. (Hons) from Loreto House, Calcutta University and has been in the field of learning and development for the last 9 years.

Sonia Chadha has over 17 years' experience in Training & Development, Operations Management, Quality & Compliance and Relationship Management in the service industry. Having worked with large multi-nationals including Vodafone, she has specialized in Client Service Delivery and Client Servicing.
